This escrow went very well for both the seller and buyer. Escrow closed on time and happy customers all around. Unfortunately, the Day before escrow closed, it was very windy and the side gate blew off the hinges and into many pieces. I had a handyman out there the next day, new fence installed and escrow back on track. The seller and buyer were very understanding and excited to close. During an open house, I had pictures of other homes in the neighborhood with remodeled kitchens converting to open concepts.

When fielding offers I would update the buyer’s agent and lender with an insurance quote on the property due to recent insurance hicks. This aided in the seller obtaining an offer from a buyer that won’t be caught off guard and have to potentially withdraw.
